Políticas de Cambio y Devolución
✅ Plazo de devolución: Se aceptan devoluciones dentro de los 15 días hábiles posteriores a la recepción del producto.
🔄 Condiciones para cambios: Los productos deben estar en su empaque original, sin uso y con todos los accesorios incluidos.
📦 Productos defectuosos: Si el producto presenta fallas de fábrica, se podrá solicitar un cambio sin costo adicional.
💰 Reembolsos: Las devoluciones aprobadas se procesarán en un plazo de 7 a 10 días hábiles, y el reembolso se efectuará mediante el mismo método de pago utilizado.
🚚 Costo de envío: En caso de cambios o devoluciones por decisión del cliente, los costos de envío correrán por su cuenta. Si la devolución se debe a un error de nuestra parte o a un producto defectuoso, el envío será cubierto por nosotros.
🔍 Excepciones: No se aceptan cambios ni devoluciones en productos personalizados, software activado, o dispositivos que presenten daños por mal uso.
No se aceptará la devolución si faltase al menos uno de los siguientes requisitos:

Si el cliente no presenta una factura, recibo o comprobante de compra.
🔄 El producto ya fue reemplazado
Si el artículo ya se cambió por otro previamente.
⚠️ Producto con sellos rotos
Si el producto tiene sellos de seguridad, etiquetas de autenticidad o embalaje especial y han sido removidos.
🛠️ Reparaciones o modificaciones
Dispositivos que han sido alterados, abiertos o reparados por terceros.
🎁 Productos en liquidación o ventas finales
Artículos marcados como "en liquidación" o remate.
